VP - ??????
Chief of Staff - Ivanka (haha - nobody seemed to mind Bobby Kennedy)
Treasury - Icahn
State - Cruz (yes, Cruz)
Homeland Security - Giuliani
HHS or Surgeon General - Carson
AG - Christie
Veterans Affairs - Sessions
Culture (new post, with co-Secretaries) - Michaels, West (and Rivers, posthumously)

Places for Huntsman?  Rubio?!?

Anyone out there have any thoughts?
